Alex Kriegsman
Alex Kriegsman has a diverse litigation practice, representing clients in a broad range of matters in federal and state courts. He has extensive experience in construction litigation, successfully representing developers, home owners, and builders in fraud and breach of contract suits. Alex also has a remarkable record of success in litigating Article 78 proceedings against municipalities who have denied his clients’ development applications.
Karen Hong of counsel
Karen Hong has extensive experience in complex business litigation, including contract disputes, class actions, and securities fraud cases. Karen has also represented public companies in connection with internal investigations and proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission. Karen was previously a litigator at Goodwin Procter for seven years and an associate at Jones Day.
Katherine Baurs-Krey
Katherine Baurs-Krey has been with Kriegsman PC since 2014. She graduated magna cum laude from Touro University, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in December 2023, as valedictorian of her class. Katy’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, zoning and land use.
